The Building

The Estates at Acqualina is a two-tower, 232-residence oceanfront condominium on the Sunny Isles Beach shoreline, developed by The Trump Group — the family behind the adjacent, acclaimed Acqualina Resort. The South Tower (17901 Collins) was completed in 2022 and the North Tower (17975 Collins) in 2023, each rising 49 stories.
Its lobbies and common spaces were designed by fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld — a first-of-its-kind residential collaboration. Residents enjoy the Villa Acqualina amenity collection: multiple infinity pools, a full spa and wellness center, and 502 feet of attended private beach.
The development is best known for an entertainment program unmatched on the Sunny Isles beachfront — an ice-skating rink, bowling lanes, a movie theater, racing and golf simulators, a FlowRider surf simulator, a two-story speakeasy and a Wall Street Trader's Club — all backed by the five-star service of the Acqualina brand.
